VXN at DanceHaus is where confidence, sweat, and energy collide. Led by  VXN Master Trainer Mikayla, this high-energy dance fitness experience combines powerful choreography with nonstop movement to help you burn calories and feel amazing. Whether you’re new or experienced, you’ll be guided every step of the way in a space designed to make you feel strong, sexy, and unstoppable.

SCULPT

This is not your average toning class. Sculpt delivers a deep, satisfying muscle burn through rhythmic strength work, pulse sequences, and high-energy intervals that keep your body guessing. Designed to build real strength while keeping movement fluid and empowering, this class helps you feel sculpted, confident, and unstoppable.
